Step 1: Project Initiation
Discovery, Clarity, Alignment
Client Application
You’ll begin by completing our Client Application, where you’ll share details about your home, goals, investment range, timeline, and vision. This allows us to understand your space and determine how best to support your project.In-Person Design Consultation
We meet in your home for a comprehensive, two-hour design consultation. During this session, we:
Walk through your space
Take measurements and reference photos
Discuss how you live and use each room
Identify challenges and opportunities
Clarify priorities and investment expectations
Defined Scope, Budget, & Letter of Agreement
Following the consultation, we define your project scope, outline a realistic budget range, and provide a clear Letter of Agreement. Once the agreement is approved and the initial deposit is received, we officially begin our partnership.
Step 2: Design
Concept Development & Refinement
This is where your interior design project begins to take shape.
Project Kick-Off & Trade Day
We coordinate any necessary site visits with contractors or trade partners, review existing conditions, and gather technical details required for thoughtful design execution.Design Development
During this phase, we curate and refine your design concept. This may include:
Space planning and layout development
Material and finish selections
Furniture and lighting sourcing
Custom or built-in concepts
Sustainable material considerations
Design Presentation
You’ll receive a comprehensive design presentation outlining selections, layouts, and the overall design vision. Depending on the scope and complexity of your project, this may also include detailed drawings or 3D renderings to help you fully visualize the space.
Step 3: Project Implementation
Execution with Precision: With approval in place, we move into project execution.
Procurement
We manage ordering, vendor coordination, tracking, and logistics to ensure all furnishings, materials, and finishes arrive correctly and on schedule.
Installation
We oversee installation days, coordinating deliveries, trades, and placement. Every detail is considered, from furniture layout to final styling of your space.
Reveal Day
The final step is installation and styling. With every piece thoughtfully placed and each detail carefully layered, your space is complete: refined, functional, and deeply personal, ready to be lived in and enjoyed.
