With the project officially underway, we begin developing your design through mood boards, floor plans, and curated selections. Every detail—furnishings, lighting, finishes, and materials—is thoughtfully chosen to reflect your style and enhance your space—alongside CAD drawings, 3D renderings, or elevations when needed to visualize the final space.

We walk you through a comprehensive design presentation that includes concept visuals, samples, floor plans, and elevations. This is your chance to explore the design, ask questions, and provide feedback as we refine and finalize your selections together.

Once the design is approved, we move into procurement—placing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating timelines with vendors and contractors. Throughout the process, we manage the details and keep you informed to ensure a smooth, organized experience.

On install day, we bring your space to life. From furniture and lighting to art and accessories, every element is placed with intention and care. We walk through the completed design with you and ensure every last detail feels just right—leaving you with a home that’s beautifully finished and uniquely yours.
